Hairy

I accidentally found this photo, and then discovered that it’s the home of fashion designer David Delfin and architect turned photographer Gorka Postigo. Their art and design collection is extensive, to say the least. Anyway, I’m quite interested in those backwards-but-forward photos.
Turns out one of them is by Naia del Castillo, who did a series of portraits which I’m intrigued by. I obviously am I just obsessed with hair.

Maybe I’ll do a project about hair.

So far

Uh, so good? My Daytum chronicles are coming along nicely, although the iPhone app and the website don’t apparently play so nicely together. I’m convinced the website has dropped some data, so my piecharts aren’t really accurate.

Anyway, I’m not sure what I plan to do with that.

Daytum

I’d completely forgotten about Daytum.com, especially since the online interface is confusing as hell, but there is a Daytum iPhone app. I’ve just downloaded it, and I’m going to start tracking how often I buy lunch rather than bringing it from home. I’m also going to start tracking how often I sleep at my place and how often I sleep at my sir’s place. The iPhone app is just much more intuitive to use, so I hope to have a bit more success monitoring my habits. I’ll have to hunt down the literature that says statistics change the way people live, but I firmly believe it.
